You.com is a US–based AI assistant platform that combines conversational search, productivity tools, and customizable enterprise AI agents, and has rapidly grown its annual revenue to an estimated $50M.

I presented this deck to the You.com leadership team as part of a case study assignment. While the scenario and data are entirely fictional, the project was designed to highlight the capabilities I bring to enablement leadership - analyzing complex challenges, identifying the critical insights that matter most, and transforming them into clear, actionable strategies. Just as importantly, it showcases how I package these insights in an executive-ready narrative that unites stakeholders, builds conviction, and sparks momentum.
