I presented this deck to the Limble leadership team as part of a case study assignment. While the data and scenario are completely fictional, the exercise was designed to showcase the skills I bring to every enablement leadership role - the ability to analyze complex business challenges, uncover the “so what” behind the data, and translate insights into clear, actionable strategies.
Just as importantly, it demonstrates how I communicate a compelling story in an executive-ready format, aligning stakeholders, building confidence, and creating momentum for change.
