My name’s Ben and I’m a global sales enablement leader.

I'm fortunate to have worked with a number of industry leading businesses including Google, HubSpot, Indeed and Edelman. It's been an exciting journey and I've learnt the secret sauce behind their winning go-to-market strategies, business models, operating systems and sales plays. Subscription, freemium, direct, channel, customer acquisition, cross-sell, upsell, start-up, SME, enterprise, software, consulting, cloud, hybrid and on-premises, I've had a front row seat.

On a personal level I bring a hunger to succeed, a competitive spirit, an entrepreneurial mindset, a passion for operational excellence, as well as a love of developing teams and desire to get stuff done.

I regularly write and speak on the topics of sales enablement, sales and marketing alignment and inbound marketing, and have spoken at events in Amsterdam, Dublin, Helsinki, London and Oslo, as well as online events for HubSpot, Selling Power, Sales Hacker, XANT, Sales for Life and the Sales Management Association.
